With our free 14-day trial, you’ll experience everything that Matter has to offer. Add to Slack or Teams and start giving each other kudos with coins, sending out pulse surveys, celebrating birthdays/anniversaries, and much more! You’ll also be introduced to our Customer Success team. If you have any questions, you can schedule a time to chat or message them directly in Matter. It's simple: we don't require any payment information for the free trial. After the free trial, unless you upgrade, you'll automatically move to our Free plan.

You only pay for a reward when a Matter Admin approves a reward request. You don't prepay for rewards/coins. This cost is billed separate from your subscription.

Custom Rewards

There is no cost associated with custom rewards because Matter Admins are responsible for the delivery of their own reward.

We only charge for team members that are in a Matter-connected Slack/Teams channel, not the entire workspace. For example, if your workspace has 100 members, but only 50 are in your Matter channel, you would be billed for 50 channel members. No hidden setup or implementation fees.

Billing plan options are monthly or annual. Billing is pro-rated daily based on the number of channel users. The invoice amount will be automatically adjusted and charged at the end of the billing cycle to the payment method on file. In other words, you'll only pay based on the number of channel users and how long they are in the Matter-connected Slack/Teams channel. Learn more about adding/removing channel members here.

The Pro plan is ideal for saving time and boosting engagement with automatic reward delivery, challenges & incentives, and advanced analytics reporting.

The Surveys add-on is perfect for 10x'ing your response rate with employee surveys sent directly in Slack, Teams, and via email. Additionally, you can reward survey completions with coins. Surveys can be added on to the Basic or Pro plan.
